Born on May 28, 1958, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Mrs. Olowookere’s life story is one of perseverance against the odds. From her early years in Lagos, where she attended Jehovah Jireh Primary School and later Pope Pius Commercial School, she learned the value of hard work and determination. Despite financial challenges that interrupted her formal education, she never lost sight of her goals. Instead, she channeled her energy into learning practical skills, securing a position as a receptionist, and later honing her abilities in typewriting and shorthand.

These experiences laid the foundation for her future endeavors, but it was her deepening faith and commitment to helping others that truly shaped her path. After relocating back to Ibadan in the mid-1970s and working in various clerical roles, Mrs. Olowookere embraced her entrepreneurial spirit, launching Jesu To Funmi Fashion Center—a successful tailoring business that would serve her community for many years.
